1. General Policy
Momentum EXE provides software access through subscription-based plans. Subscription fees are charged for access to the software and applicable services for the selected subscription period.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that access to the software begins according to the applicable subscription terms and that certain fees may become non-refundable once the subscription period or service access has commenced.
2. Subscription Start
A subscription is considered active when payment has been successfully processed and access to the applicable Momentum EXE service has been provisioned.
Where access is provided immediately after successful payment, the subscription period begins at that time unless otherwise stated during checkout.
3. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their subscription according to the cancellation procedure made available for their plan.
Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable plan terms, cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for the current subscription period.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to the applicable subscription terms and the circumstances of the request.
Where a refund is approved, the amount refunded may be limited to the applicable subscription charge or the unused portion of the service period, depending on the circumstances and the applicable plan terms.
5. Situations That May Not Qualify for a Refund
Refunds may not be available solely because a customer:
- • changes their mind after purchasing a subscription;
- • does not use the software during the subscription period;
- • does not configure or operate the software as intended;
- • experiences results or outcomes that do not meet their expectations;
- • experiences limitations caused by a third-party platform; or
- • stops using a supported third-party trading platform.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights that may apply under applicable law.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Momentum EXE may depend on third-party platforms, browser environments, network services, or external interfaces.
Changes, restrictions, outages, interface changes, account limitations, or discontinuation of a third-party platform do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
7. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment appears to have been duplicated or incorrectly charged, customers should contact Momentum EXE with the relevant transaction information.
Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be refunded or otherwise adjusted through the applicable payment method.
8. Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Momentum EXE before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable payment-network rules or applicable law.
9. Service Termination
Momentum EXE may suspend or terminate access where permitted under the Terms and Conditions, including in cases involving misuse, violation of applicable terms, payment issues, or security concerns.
Termination due to a customer's violation of the Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where technically and operationally possible.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
11. Changes to This Policy
Momentum EXE may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service, billing arrangements, payment providers, or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be published on this website with the applicable effective or update date.
