Important notice

Automation does not remove trading risk.

Momentum EXE is software for execution workflow automation. It does not guarantee trading results, eliminate financial risk, or provide investment advice.

1. General Risk Statement

Trading financial instruments and other third-party trading products involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of capital.

Momentum EXE provides software functionality for organizing and automating a configured execution workflow. The software does not eliminate market risk, execution risk, platform risk, or other risks associated with trading.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Momentum EXE does not guarantee profits, trading performance, execution outcomes, or financial returns.

Strategy settings, signal processing, automation, historical results, internal testing, and operational statistics must not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

3. User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for their own trading decisions, account activity, selected strategies, execution parameters, and use of supported third-party platforms.

Users are responsible for determining whether a particular trading workflow, strategy, platform, or configuration is appropriate for their own circumstances.

4. Automated Execution Risk

Automated execution may be affected by market conditions, network connectivity, browser behavior, third-party platform availability, interface changes, latency, software errors, device conditions, and other technical factors.

A configured workflow may therefore produce delayed, incomplete, rejected, duplicated, or otherwise unexpected execution behavior despite operational controls.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Momentum EXE may interact with supported third-party platforms through authorized browser sessions.

Third-party platforms are independently operated and may change their interfaces, availability, terms, technical requirements, account policies, or functionality without notice.

Momentum EXE does not control third-party platform operations or policies.

6. Strategy and Risk Controls

Momentum EXE may provide configurable strategy and operational risk controls. These controls are intended to manage workflow behavior and do not eliminate the underlying risks of trading.

No strategy, configuration, risk parameter, or automation mechanism should be understood as providing a guaranteed outcome.

7. Technical and Operational Risk

Software and network-based systems may experience interruptions, configuration errors, connectivity problems, device failures, browser issues, third-party service outages, or other technical events.

Users should maintain appropriate operational safeguards and should not assume that automated execution will continue without interruption under all circumstances.

8. No Investment Advice

Momentum EXE is software and does not provide personalized investment advice, financial recommendations, portfolio management, or brokerage services.

Information presented by the software, including signals, execution records, statistics, or operational information, should not be treated as personalized financial advice.

9. Acceptance of Risk

By using Momentum EXE, users acknowledge that trading and automated execution involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated through software controls or automation.

Users should use the software only after understanding the relevant risks and applicable terms of the third-party platforms they use.

Product boundary

Momentum EXE is software, not a brokerage service.

Momentum EXE does not operate as a broker or financial intermediary, does not receive, hold, or transfer customer trading funds, and does not provide personalized investment advice.
